1-Post Name : Junior Engineer
Qualifications : Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized College/Institute.
Experience: 4 years experience in case of Diploma holders and 1 years in case of Degree holders in execution/ maintenance of civil works like water supply & seweragedisposal, sanitary, fire fighting etc. for multistoried buildings, knowledge of CPWDspecifications, analysis of rates, preparation of tender documents and maintenance of records desirable.
Age Limit : 25-30 Years.
Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800/- Grade Pay Rs.4200/- PM.
2-Post Name : DGM/GM (Technical)
Qualifications : Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engg. and Degree in Management is desirable.
Experience: 15-20 years post qualification experience in the project construction, installation of equipments and maintenance of modern / intelligent multistoried buildings with all services. Should have acumen to handle trouble shooting and multi-faceted problems, labour related issues. Should have excellent team management skills, experience of interaction with Senior Executives of other organizations. Preparation of contract documents with fair knowledge of CPWD procedure essential. Should have knowledge of planning, project execution and man power & contract labour management.
Age Limit : 45-55 Years.
Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000/ Grade Pay Rs.8900/-PM.
